It measures 20 cm high, sits on a plate 8 cm per side, takes one GU10 bulb and comes in white or black.

An adjustable spot sconce with a projector look

On this adjustable spot sconce, the tube tilts downward for reading, toward the wall for an ambient effect or toward an object to showcase it. Its shape recalls studio projectors. It gives the light fixture a technical, refined look.

The elongated silhouette stays very slim on the wall. The sconce keeps a minimal visual footprint, even in a small bedroom. The light comes out at the end of the tube, which concentrates the beam and avoids glare in the rest of the room.

White or black sconce: which color to choose?

The white sconce matches pale walls and Nordic interiors. It blends into the wall and shows only the line of the tube.

The black version, on the contrary, emphasizes that line and asserts a more urban style. On a gray wall or an upholstered headboard, it stands out clearly and highlights the symmetry of a pair.

The 2 finishes share the same shape and the same plate. They can therefore coexist from one room to another without breaking the unity of the decor.

Where to install this wall reading light?

Above a bedside table, this wall reading light replaces the bedside lamp and leaves all the room to books and the alarm clock. Each person points their tube at their page, while the other half of the bed stays in the dark. In a child's bedroom, it lights the reading corner without cluttering the desk.

In a living room, this wall sconce aimed at a bookshelf turns it into a lit display case. In a hallway or on a staircase, several sconces turned toward the floor mark out the way. In a kitchen or a dining room, a spotlight aimed at the countertop or the sideboard provides precise extra light. In an office, it lights documents without taking up desk space.

Which GU10 bulb to choose for this wall spotlight?

Direzione works with 1 GU10 bulb, LED, not included. For reading, a warm white with a medium beam gives a comfortable light at the end of the day. A narrow beam accentuates the projector effect, a wide beam diffuses a more enveloping light.

For a pair on either side of a bed, choose 2 identical bulbs to get the same light on the 2 sides. The light fixture is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

For maintenance, switch off the power, then wipe the tube with a dry cloth. Handle the joint gently, in order to keep a firm setting.

Frequently asked questions about the Direzione wall sconce

Which bulb does the Direzione wall sconce need?

An LED bulb with a GU10 base.
