Its shade measures 14 cm in diameter by 13 cm high in the small model and 21 cm by 26 cm in the large model, its cable 45 cm, it takes 1 E27 bulb and is available in graphite or stone, with details in steel, brass or smoked bronze.

A wall sconce with a metal shade, in 2 sizes

The shade of this wall sconce with shade is a powder-coated metal sheet. It is rolled onto itself, then held by solid metal screws. It is supplied with the light fixture.

Two sizes are available. The shade of the small model measures 14 cm in diameter and 13 cm high, that of the large model 21 cm in diameter and 26 cm high. The hook, the cable and the lamp holder are the same on the 2 sizes.

The wall base receives the same powder coating as the shade. The lamp holder and the hook are made of solid metal, with matte rubber details. The knurled details feature the cross knurling, called Cross, a crossed pattern that gives the metal texture.

Graphite or stone shade, details in steel, brass or smoked bronze

Two colors are available for the shade and the wall base. Graphite is a gray. Stone is the brand's name for a color, not a material, and this metal wall sconce contains no stone.

The solid metal details come in 3 finishes: steel, brass and smoked bronze. In the color options on this page, they are named Silver, Gold and Gray. The brand specifies that all its finishes may develop a patina over time.

The shape of the wall sconce does not change from one color to another. The choice depends on the tone of your wall and the mood you are after.

Hook wall sconce: an adjustable 45 cm cable

This hook wall sconce lives up to its name, Hooked. The shade is not screwed to the base: it hangs from a cable, itself passed over a solid metal hook. This principle gives the light fixture a silhouette you recognize at once.

The cable measures 45 cm and its length is adjustable. You thus decide how far the shade hangs below the hook. Lower to light a bedside table, higher to keep the way clear: the setting depends on the intended use.

Which E27 bulb for the Hooked wall sconce?

The wall sconce takes 1 E27 bulb of 40 W maximum, which is not included. The brand specifies an LED source. Buster + Punch offers its own bulbs, sold separately.

The shade of the small model is short, at 13 cm high. Before buying a long bulb, compare its height with that of the shade, to see whether it will protrude. For several wall sconces fitted on the same wall, keep the same bulb throughout.

Wall sconce for bedroom, living room or hallway: where should you install it?

This bedroom wall sconce works well on either side of the bed, in place of a bedside lamp. It also suits a living room, a dining room, an office, a kitchen, a hallway or a stairwell. Allow enough clearance in front of the wall, as the shade hangs forward of the base.

The Hooked range also includes a Nude wall sconce, without shade. Pendant lights take up the same design on the ceiling, and the shade is also sold on its own.

The light fixture is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Wall fixings are not included: they are chosen according to the type of wall. For care, switch off the power, then wipe with a soft, dry cloth, without chemicals.

Frequently asked questions about the Hooked wall sconce

Which bulb do you need for the Hooked wall sconce?

An E27 bulb of 40 W maximum, not included.
