Simple and graphic, this glass globe wall sconce plays on the contrast between an oval metal backplate and a small sphere of matte white glass. Together they form a clean-lined wall object that brings soft light and a real decorative touch. A discreet wall sconce with no shortage of character.

A matte white glass globe on an oval backplate

The Bao consists of an oval metal backplate, on which rests a matte white glass globe 10 cm in diameter. This play of shapes, between perfect curve and elongated line, creates a visual balance that is both understated and original.

Two matte metal finishes are available: black, for a graphic contrast with the white glass, or gold, for a warmer, more precious note. In both cases, the satin glass softens the whole and provides a light that is easy on the eyes. When switched off, the wall sconce remains an attractive wall detail, almost a small sculpture with clean lines.

A G9 bulb for soft light

The wall sconce takes a G9 base bulb, up to 28 W according to the manufacturer's specifications. The bulb is not included, which lets you choose the intensity and color temperature suited to the room.

Through the matte white glass, the light diffuses evenly and without glare, for a soft ambient light that envelops the wall. The light fixture runs on 220-240 V, is not dimmable and has an IP20 protection rating, for indoor installation.

A compact wall sconce 31 cm high

At 31 cm high, 12 cm wide and with a 13 cm projection, the Bao remains compact and easy to integrate. It installs just as well above a bedside table as in a narrow hallway or on either side of a mirror, without cluttering the space.

Installed in pairs, it creates an elegant symmetry. Repeated along a wall, it composes a regular rhythm of light, ideal for marking a passageway or dressing a long wall. Installation must be carried out by a professional.

A modern wall sconce for the bedroom, living room or hallway

In a bedroom, it elegantly replaces bedside lamps and frees up space on the nightstands. In the living room, it provides warm supplementary lighting next to a sofa or an armchair. In a hallway or an entryway, it gently guides your steps.

Its black version pairs with graphic, industrial or Scandinavian interiors, while the gold version suits warmer decors, combined with wood, velvet or marble.

Matte white glass globe, oval backplate and G9 base: this Bao wall sconce brings the wall a soft light and an elegance rooted in simplicity.
