The Bil has a diameter of approximately 7 cm with a recess depth of approximately 6.5 cm. Its round aluminum faceplate comes in black, for a sharp contrast on a light wall or a wooden facade, or in white, to blend into a light render or paint.

Its visor directs the light to one side only, downward, to light the steps or the floor without glare. Recessed into the wall, it sits flush with the surface and remains almost invisible during the day.

A 3 W LED for soft marker lighting

The 3 W integrated COB LED delivers a soft light of approximately 60 lumens in warm white at 3000 K, with an angle of approximately 30°. This measured intensity is perfectly suited to marker lighting: it guides your steps at night and creates a muted ambiance, without overloading the lighting of the home. Left on all night, it uses very little energy and can stay in operation without any problem, for constant comfort in passage areas.

No bulb is required: the source is integrated into the light fixture, for a long service life and reduced maintenance.

An IP54 rating for indoor and outdoor use

With its IP54 protection rating, the Bil is protected against dust and splashing water. It operates across a wide temperature range, from approximately -40 to +50 °C, which allows it to be installed just as well in an indoor staircase as on a patio wall or along an outdoor path.

The recessing and the electrical connection must be carried out by a professional, who will provide the appropriate box and ensure the connections are watertight outdoors.
