Ceiling Light Fixture | BOHO ELEGANT (Gray Brown)

The BOHO ELEGANT fabric and rattan ceiling light by BPS Koncept dresses the ceiling with a cylindrical gray-brown shade set off by a rattan band. Offered in 4 diameters, from 40 to 70 cm, it suits an office just as well as a large living room. Its natural fabric lets a soft light through, with no pronounced shadow areas. Each piece is handmade in the brand's family workshop in Poland.

A bohemian ceiling light in gray-brown and rattan

This bohemian ceiling light combines two materials that echo each other: a textured gray-brown fabric with a visible grain, and a rattan band that sets off the shade. The rattan brings depth and a handcrafted touch, the fabric a restrained color, halfway between gray and brown. The whole remains discreet and easily finds its place in a setting with natural tones.

Once lit, the ceiling light takes on a different look. The light passes through the fabric, reveals its weave and warms the gray-brown color. The white interior of the shade reflects the brightness back into the room, which gives even lighting that is pleasant both day to day and in the evening.

A round fabric ceiling light offered in 4 sizes

This round fabric ceiling light comes in 4 sizes: S for a 40 cm diameter, M for 50 cm, L for 60 cm and XL for 70 cm. The small formats suit an office or a modestly sized room. The large diameters come into their own in the center of a living room, where they become a real decorative feature.

The fabric of the shade is UV-resistant and does not fade with use, a welcome point in a room that gets a lot of daylight. The gray-brown goes well with light wood, linen, wool and white or beige walls. In a modern or minimalist interior, this gray-brown ceiling light fixture adds texture without weighing down the ceiling.

Which bulb should you choose for this E27 ceiling light?

The BOHO ELEGANT ceiling light works with E27 base bulbs, with a maximum power of 60 W per bulb. The bulb is not included, which leaves you free to choose the light color and intensity. E27 LED bulbs are compatible: a warm white brings out the rattan and the grain of the fabric, while a more neutral white is better suited to a workroom.

Rated IP20, this ceiling light is designed for the dry rooms of the home. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Where to install this ceiling light: living room or office?

In the living area, this living room ceiling light serves as the main lighting. Mounted close to the ceiling, it frees up the height of the room and leaves the view clear above the sofa or the coffee table. Its wide shade spreads the light over the whole area, without glare.

In an office, it provides comfortable general lighting, to be supplemented by a lamp placed on the desk. Paired with a floor lamp or wall sconces, it forms a multi-point lighting scheme, more pleasant than a single source. Several sizes can also echo one another from room to room to keep a sense of unity throughout the home.

With its gray-brown fabric, its rattan band and its 4 diameters, the BOHO ELEGANT designer ceiling light by BPS Koncept brings a soft, natural presence to the ceiling. A handmade light fixture, simple to pair, that warms the mood of a room as soon as you switch it on.
