A 20 cm fluted aluminum cylinder

The up-and-down Calipso takes the form of an aluminum cylinder about 20 cm high by 5.6 cm in diameter, with a 7 cm projection. Its fluted surface, worked with regular vertical ribs, gives relief to a clean silhouette and creates a subtle play of shadows.

Three finishes are available: black, for a graphic contrast on a light wall, white, for a discreet presence, or gold, for a precious and warm touch. The gold version pairs with marble, dark wood and brass accessories, while the black highlights contemporary and industrial interiors.

Two GU10 bulbs for an upward and downward effect

The wall sconce takes two GU10 base bulbs, up to 10 W each according to the manufacturer's specifications. The bulbs are not included, which lets you choose the beam angle, the intensity and the color temperature.

The two light sources cast light both upward and downward, for an architectural effect that emphasizes the height of the walls. With narrow-angle bulbs, the beams draw crisp lines; with a wider angle, the effect becomes softer and more enveloping. The light fixture has an IP20 rating, for indoor use, in the dry rooms of the home.
