The Tast recessed spotlight by Faro Barcelona is a small white aluminium light, available in round or square versions. Thanks to its IP65 rating, it offers high resistance to dust and moisture.

A compact spotlight, round or square

Tast measures 5.5 cm and is 2.8 cm high. Its aluminium body has a matt white finish that blends into a light ceiling. Both versions, round and square, require the same 4.5 cm diameter cut-out.

The round version suits interiors with soft lines, the square version more geometric decors. Either way, this recessed LED spotlight stays very discreet.

A warm, waterproof LED light

Each Tast includes a 5 W COB LED that gives 350 lumens of 2700 K warm white, with a colour rendering index of at least 90. Its 40° beam lights precisely, ideal for task or accent lighting.

The spotlight connects to the mains, from 220 to 240 V, class II. It is rated IP65: it is protected against dust and water jets. The LED is built in, no bulb is needed.

For damp rooms and beyond

Its IP65 rating makes it a good choice for a bathroom, above a shower or washbasin, in line with current installation rules. See our recessed spotlights and our bathroom lighting.

Electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician. For maintenance, switch off the power and wipe the spotlight with a soft, slightly damp cloth.

What cut-out is needed?

A 4.5 cm diameter cut-out, for both the round and square versions.

Can it be installed in a bathroom?

Yes. It is rated IP65, protected against dust and water jets.

What light does it give?

Do I need to buy a bulb?

No. The LED is built into the spotlight.

Which versions are available?

A round version and a square version, both in white.

How can you return your order?

Contact our customer service by stating your order number (e.g., 3796). For faster processing, please attach a photo of the item. If the product arrived damaged, after verification we may be able to offer you a simplified solution (a new shipment or a goodwill gesture), on a case-by-case basis.
