A lantern in bronze and glass

The Salamanca by Maytoni measures 31.5 cm in height, 17.7 cm in width and 24.4 cm in projection. Its steel structure with a bronze finish surrounds glass panes that let the light radiate. Its warm patina goes well with stone, brick, wooden shutters and facades with character.

An E27 bulb of your choice

The wall light takes an E27 base bulb of 60 W maximum, not included. An LED filament bulb of 4 to 6 W in warm white, around 2700 K, reinforces its retro look: visible through the panes, it evokes the flame of old lanterns while using very little energy.

An IP44 rating for outdoor use

With its IP44 rating, the Salamanca is protected against splashing water. It is ideally suited to a sheltered facade, under an eave, a porch or a veranda. Its mounting and connection must be carried out by a professional.

How to install the Salamanca wall light

On either side of a front door, mount two lanterns about 1.70 to 1.80 m from the ground and 20 or 30 cm from the door frame, for a symmetrical, warm welcome. On its own, it marks a service door or a garden gate. Along a terrace or a courtyard, space them 2.50 to 3 m apart to create the atmosphere of an old lane.
