Discreet and elegant, this round recessed spotlight with no visible trim blends into the ceiling so that only the light shows. The light fixture fades away and the lighting takes center stage, for a clean, architectural look in a living room, a kitchen or a hallway.

A round steel spotlight in four finishes

The Share by Maytoni measures 8.5 cm in diameter. Its steel body blends into the ceiling and comes in black, white, gold and silver. White disappears on a light ceiling, black draws a graphic dot, gold and silver add a refined touch in an entryway or a dining room.

A GU10 bulb of your choice

The spotlight takes a bulb with a GU10 base, 20 W maximum, not included. A 5 to 7 W LED in warm white at 2700 or 3000 K creates a soft ambiance; a 4000 K version suits a kitchen or a countertop. The beam angle is chosen according to use: wide for general lighting, narrow for an accent. The spotlight has an IP20 rating, for indoor use. Its installation and connection must be carried out by a professional.

How to lay out the Share spotlights

For general lighting, lay out the spotlights in a grid, allowing about one spotlight per 1.5 to 2 m², at least 60 cm from the walls: the light becomes even, with no shadowed areas. In a hallway, line them up every 1.20 to 1.50 m. Above a countertop, place them about 40 cm from the wall to light the surface without casting your shadow.
