Compact and tough, this waterproof recessed spotlight fits even into ceilings where space is tight. Its shallow depth and its protection against water make it an ideal choice for a bathroom, a shower, a kitchen or a hallway, at a very affordable price.

A round steel spotlight with a shallow depth

The Stark by Maytoni measures 6.5 or 8.4 cm in diameter depending on the version. Its steel body is available in black or white. Its shallow recess depth allows it to be installed in thin drop ceilings, common in bathrooms or attic rooms, where a standard spotlight would not fit.

A GU10 bulb of your choice

The spotlight takes a GU10 base bulb of 15 W maximum, not included. An LED of 5 to 7 W in warm white at 2700 or 3000 K creates a soft atmosphere; a 4000 K version gives a more neutral light, practical near a mirror. The bulb is easy to replace.

An IP65 rating against humidity

With its IP65 rating, the Stark is dust-tight and protected against water jets. It is suitable for bathrooms, walk-in showers and eaves. Its installation and connection must be carried out by a professional.

How to install the Stark spotlight

In a bathroom of 5 to 6 m², arrange four spotlights in a square for even lighting. Place one above the shower and one in front of the mirror to avoid shadows on the face. In a hallway, align them every 1.20 to 1.50 m. The small diameter suits tight spaces, the large one more spacious rooms.

The advantages of the Stark spotlight

Its shallow depth adapts to the most constrained ceilings. Its IP65 protection makes it safe in wet rooms. Its GU10 base leaves great freedom in the choice of light color. It suits all contemporary and minimalist interiors.

Waterproof, compact and low-priced: this Stark spotlight lights your damp rooms without constraint.
