The pedestal light takes an E27 base bulb of 15 W maximum, not included. A 6 to 8 W LED in warm white, around 2700 or 3000 K, creates welcoming, economical path lighting, ideal for extended use in the evening.

With its IP65 rating, the Trim is dust-tight and protected against water jets, including watering. Its anchoring and connection must be carried out by a professional, who will locate buried utilities and make sure the connections are sealed.

How to position Trim pedestal lights

Along a walkway, space them 1.50 to 2 m apart for a regular path of light, on one side only or staggered for a wide path. At the edge of a terrace, place one at each corner to outline its contours. Near a garden staircase, one pedestal light at the top and one at the bottom of the steps are often enough to make the passage safe. Connect them to a twilight switch for automatic lighting.
