Graphic and sturdy, this waterproof square surface-mounted spotlight mounts directly on the ceiling, with no cutout or false ceiling. Its cubic body with crisp lines casts a light directed downward and withstands humidity, in a kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom or under a roof overhang.

A square steel body

The Zoom by Maytoni measures 9 cm per side and 11.5 cm in height. Its steel body is available in black or white, to underline the ceiling or blend into it. Its cubic shape stands apart from classic cylindrical spotlights and adds a very clean architectural touch.

A GU10 bulb of your choice

The spotlight takes one GU10 base bulb of 50 W maximum, not included. A 5 to 7 W LED in warm white at 2700 or 3000 K creates a soft atmosphere; a 4000 K version suits a countertop. The bulb is easy to replace.

An IP65 rating against humidity

With its IP65 rating, the Zoom is dust-tight and protected against water jets. It suits bathrooms, kitchens and sheltered outdoor spaces such as a porch or a canopy. Its installation and connection must be carried out by a professional.

How to install the Zoom square surface-mounted spotlight

Along a hallway, line them up every 1.20 to 1.50 m, positioning the sides parallel to the walls. Above an island, three spotlights spaced 60 to 80 cm apart provide targeted lighting and a very architectural rhythm. Under a concrete ceiling or in a renovation, its surface mounting avoids any building work. Under a porch, one or two spotlights welcome your guests.
