Spectacular and graphic, this LED ribbon floor lamp raises a supple band of light that ripples above a black base. It turns a living room corner or a reading nook into a luminous sculpture, and remains a work of art in its own right, whether on or off.

A ribbon of light on a black base

The Tau by Maytoni measures 155 cm in height by 22 cm in width. Its black steel frame carries the ribbon of light and keeps the whole stable. The line of light traces a free, fluid curve that contrasts with the rigor of the base, for a very contemporary silhouette. Its small footprint lets it slip easily into a corner.

A 2800 lumen integrated LED

The integrated LED in warm white at 3000 K delivers 50 W and 2800 lumens, enough to light an entire room with a single light fixture. No bulb is needed. The floor lamp simply plugs into a wall outlet and is for indoor use.

How to position the Tau floor lamp

In a living room corner, approximately 30 cm from the walls, it lights the wall surfaces and makes the room look bigger. Next to a sofa, it becomes the centerpiece of the living room. In a room with no ceiling light point, its 2800 lumen output can provide the main lighting for a space of approximately 15 to 20 m². In a hotel or a showroom, it creates an eye-catching focal point.

The advantages of the Tau floor lamp

Its ribbon of light makes it a true sculpture. Its powerful LED lights an entire room. It plugs in with no installation at all. It suits contemporary, minimalist or designer interiors, and pairs with the Tau wall sconce and pendant lights from the same range.

Ribbon of light and slender silhouette: this Tau floor lamp sculpts your interior.
