Wall Sconce | SACCON (White)

The Saccon wall sconce by Sollux Lighting is an oval loop in white steel, with a minimalist design, that surrounds the wall with a halo of soft light. It measures 40 cm long and 15 cm high, and takes 2 G9 bulbs.

A white wall sconce shaped like a loop

The front traces an open oval, like a large paper clip laid against the wall. This white wall sconce keeps a minimalist design, without ornament. It adds a graphic touch to the room, even when switched off.

Its classic white blends into a light wall. On a deeper shade, the loop stands out like a graphic stroke. In these 2 cases, it dresses the wall without weighing it down.

Its rounded shape softens the straight lines of furniture and frames. At 40 cm long and 15 cm high, it spans the width of the wall. It suits modern, minimalist interiors.

A soft light and a halo on the wall

When lit, Saccon gives off a warm, soft glow. This indirect light draws a halo around the loop and highlights its curves.

The 2 bulbs spread the light along the whole length of the oval. The sconce works as ambient light or highlights a wall. It can also accent a painting or photos.

G9 bulbs are easy to replace. You can therefore choose the tint and intensity of the light to suit the room. A warm white makes the halo more enveloping, a neutral white emphasizes the design.

Where should you install this sconce for a hallway or bedroom?

This hallway sconce enlivens a long wall with its glowing loop. Installed in a row at the same height, it sets a rhythm along the passage. Keep an even spacing between the sconces.

In a bedroom, above the headboard, this wall sconce offers a relaxing light before sleep. In a living room, it sits above a sofa or a low cabinet. In a dining room, it provides ambient light near the table.

In an office, it gives a pleasant background light. Center the sconce on the piece of furniture it accompanies. Leave some free wall around it, so that the halo can spread.

G9 wall sconce: bulbs, installation and maintenance

This G9 wall sconce takes 2 LED bulbs of 12 W maximum each, not included. Install 2 bulbs of the same power and the same tint. The light then stays even from one end of the loop to the other.

The light fixture is rated IP20, so it is intended for dry rooms only. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Check with a level that the sconce is perfectly horizontal before tightening. A deviation is quickly noticed on an elongated shape.

The sconce combines steel and PVC. For maintenance, switch off the power and let the bulbs cool. Then wipe the white steel with a soft, dry cloth.
