Wall Sconce | ZEKE (Oak)

The Zeke wall sconce by Sollux Lighting is an oak wood spotlight, made of a geometric base fixed to the wall and a cylinder that houses the bulb. It measures 19.5 cm wide and 17.5 cm high, and takes one GU10 bulb.

An oak wood wall sconce

Zeke is entirely dressed in oak, from the base to the cylinder. This wood wall sconce brings a warm material to the wall. Its design remains minimalist. It suits modern interiors.

The oak shows its grain. Its shade softens a white or gray wall. From one piece to another, the pattern of the wood may vary slightly.

At 19.5 cm wide and 17.5 cm high, it keeps a compact format. Its geometric shape is easy to dust. It slips into a room without overloading the decor.

A wooden spotlight for a targeted light

The cylinder houses a GU10 bulb. This wooden spotlight gives a directed beam, which comes out through the opening of the cylinder. It serves as supplementary lighting near a bed or an armchair.

You choose the color and brightness of the light with the bulb. A narrow beam concentrates the light on a page or an object. A wider beam lights a larger area.

A warm white highlights the tone of the oak. A neutral white renders the colors of a painting better. In a series, keep the same bulb on all the sconces.

A Scandinavian, loft or minimalist sconce

With its light wood, this Scandinavian sconce matches wooden furniture and natural textiles. It extends the palette of a room in soft tones. It warms a white wall.

It also fits loft or industrial style interiors. The oak softens metal, brick and concrete there. In a modern decor, it brings the only touch of material.

On its own, it marks a reading corner. As a pair, it frames a bed or a sofa. In a series, it sets a rhythm along a hallway wall. In every case, its small size makes it easy to place.

Where to install this sconce for a bedroom or hallway?

This bedroom sconce is fixed near the bed, above a bedside table. It lights reading without illuminating the whole room. In a child's bedroom, the wood brings a soft note near the desk.

In a hallway, this wall sconce is repeated along the wall. In a living room, it lights an armchair or a shelf. In an office, it complements the task lamp. In a kitchen or a dining room, it highlights a sideboard or a shelf.

Zeke takes 1 LED GU10 bulb of 12 W maximum, not included. The fixture is rated IP20, so it is intended for dry rooms only. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician. For maintenance, switch off the power, then dust the oak with a soft, dry cloth.
