Bedside Lamp | CHARM

The CHARM table lamp by Sans Souci fits inside a 20 cm glass globe, set on a stainless steel base. Inside hides a second, smaller sphere, which carries the light and only truly appears once the lamp is switched on. Created by designer Sara Moroni, it finds its place on a bedside table, a console table, a desk or a shelf.

A designer table lamp inspired by jewelry

The CHARM collection draws its inspiration from jewelry: purity of form, well-judged proportions, care in the finish. This designer table lamp offers a version of it to set on a piece of furniture, simple and precious like a jewel. The stainless steel base carries the globe and goes unnoticed.

It has two faces. By day, it is a mirror sphere that reflects the room. In the evening, it is a luminous globe that shows its inner sphere. It is by walking around it that you best perceive the interplay between the two volumes.

A glass and steel lamp with metallic reflections

The globe receives a metallic nano-coating that gives it its mirror shine, while sandblasted elements soften the light. This glass lamp is available in 3 finishes: Silver, Gold and Rose.

Silver extends bright, pared-back interiors. Gold warms up a piece of wooden furniture or a neutral wall. Rose brings a softer shade, halfway between the two.

The glass is shaped by hand in the Czech Republic by Sans Souci. Slight variations in shape and tint are therefore normal from one piece to another.

Where should you place this 28 cm tall bedside lamp?

The lamp measures 20 cm in diameter and 28 cm in height. This compact size suits small surfaces, such as a nightstand. It comes with a 180 cm cable.

Place it on a stable surface, in a spot where the globe remains visible from several angles. On a nightstand, this designer bedside lamp offers a subdued light for the end of the day. In a living room, it creates a discreet point of light on a console table or a bookcase. On a desk, it provides accent lighting.

It coordinates with the wall sconce and the sphere and half-sphere pendant lights from the collection. You can thus find the same glass globe on a wall, on the ceiling and on a piece of furniture.

A dimmable mood lamp with warm light

The lamp works with a 4.5 W LED bulb with a G9 base, included, with warm light. This mood lamp is dimmable, so you can go from a bright light to a more subdued glow depending on the time of day.

It simply plugs into a wall outlet, with no installation: just set it down and plug it in, and you can move it from one room to another. Its IP20 protection rating makes it suitable for dry rooms.

A mirror sphere by day, a luminous globe in the evening, the CHARM lamp by Sans Souci brings together a 20 cm glass globe, a hidden luminous sphere and a bulb already included. Made in the Czech Republic, it brings the sparkle of a jewel to the bedroom, living room or office.
