Pendant Light | GALILEO (Single)

The GALILEO hanging lamp by Sans Souci combines a glass sphere 45 cm in diameter with reflective elements that play with depth and contrasts. Conceived by designer Martin Opl, it is inspired by the universe and the movement of celestial bodies. Available in 6 models and 3 finishes, it brings a strong presence to a living room, a dining room or an entryway.

A designer hanging lamp inspired by the movement of celestial bodies

In this designer hanging lamp, the luminous sphere seems to float around an elegant structure, like a celestial body in its orbit. The composition creates a subtle balance between transparency and reflection.

The GALILEO collection explores the relationship between light, glass and reflections. Here, light becomes a true decorative element: it can be read in the glass, on the reflective elements and in the room around it. Depending on the viewing angle and the brightness of the moment, the lamp never gives quite the same image.

A sandblasted glass pendant light, in 3 finishes

The main sphere is made of glass. It is paired with a clear inner glass with a sandblasted finish, which diffuses the light gently while keeping a distinctive visual depth. This glass pendant light comes in 3 finishes: Silver, Gold and Rose, with a transparency of 25%.

Each finish gives a different perception of the reflections and the light. Silver suits bright, uncluttered settings, Gold warms up a room in neutral tones, Rose brings a softer note.

The lamp is made in the Czech Republic by Sans Souci, a company specializing in the creation of glass light fixtures.

Which model should you choose among the 6 versions A to F?

The GALILEO hanging lamp is available in 6 models: A, B, C, D, E and F. All keep the same diameter of 45 cm. Their height ranges from 78.3 cm to 89.3 cm depending on the model, for a visual effect that differs from one version to another.

Installed alone, this pendant light for the living room creates a focal point in the center of the room. Above a dining room table or in an entryway, it plays the same role. Combined with several models from the collection, it lets you compose a set in which the transparencies and reflections echo one another.

Its cable is adjustable up to 250 cm, which makes it possible to adapt the installation height to the layout of the room. It suits residential projects as well as professional fit-outs: a hotel, restaurant or reception area.

A 5 W LED pendant light with warm 3000 K light

The lamp incorporates a 5 W LED: there is no bulb to provide. This LED pendant light diffuses a warm light, with a color temperature of 3000 K. Its brightness is adjustable, so you can adapt it to the desired atmosphere, from mealtime to the end of the evening.

Its IP20 protection rating makes it suitable for dry rooms: avoid locations exposed to steam or splashing water. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

With its 45 cm glass sphere, its reflective elements and its 6 models, the hanging lamp by Sans Souci turns light into an architectural element. Made in the Czech Republic and designed by Martin Opl, it brings a luminous piece unlike any other to the living room, the dining room or the entryway.
