The Skala pendant light from Sollux Lighting is a pendant light with a fabric drum shade, in white or black, closed by a glass diffuser. It is 50 cm in diameter and up to 102 cm high, with a shade 12 cm high and 5 E27 bulbs.

A fabric pendant light, in white or black

The shade of Skala is a large drum covered in fabric. This fabric pendant light brings the softness of a living room lamp above the table. It combines fabric, glass and steel, in a minimalist style.

In white, the pendant light stays light and bright. It matches light walls and blond wood. It suits natural, pared-back decors, as well as Scandinavian interiors.

In black, it forms a graphic disc above the table. It echoes dark furniture legs, frames and joinery. The style stays understated in the 2 cases, with no needless ornament.

A flat shade and a glass diffuser

The shade is 50 cm in diameter and 12 cm high. This flat format keeps a light look. It does not block the view above the table, even in an open room.

The glass diffuser closes the underside of the drum. It spreads the light over the tabletop. The table receives a large disc of soft light, with no glare.

The glass and the fabric are easy to maintain. A soft brush is enough for the fabric. A soft, dry cloth is enough for the glass.

An adjustable pendant light with 5 bulbs

Skala hangs from the ceiling. This adjustable pendant light adapts to the height of your room. Its total height reaches 102 cm, suspension included.

The pendant light takes 5 bulbs. It can therefore provide the general lighting of a dining room or a living room. Use 5 identical bulbs for an even light across the whole diffuser.

The ceiling canopy is 14 cm. It is centered on the electrical supply. Adjust the height during installation, depending on the table and the ceiling.

In its role as a dining room pendant light, it is centered above the table. Its 50 cm diameter suits a round or square table. Above a long table, 2 pendant lights can follow one another at regular intervals.

In a living room, this pendant light goes above the coffee table. In a bedroom, it gives a soft light in the center of the room. Check the clearance height under the pendant light in a passage area.

Each lamp holder takes 1 LED bulb of 15 W maximum. The E27 bulbs are not included. The light fixture is rated IP20, so it is intended for dry rooms only. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
