The kids' bedside lamp SWEET DREAMS by BPS Koncept combines a natural wood stand with a shade illustrated with a world map, in light blue and light green tones. With its 30 cm diameter and 46 cm height, this table lamp sits on a bedside table, a chest of drawers or a shelf. Its design makes children want to discover the planet. When lit, it gives off a soft light, well suited to the bedtime story.

A kids' bedside lamp with a world map design

This kids' table lamp invites you to travel. An illustrated world map unfolds its continents and oceans there, in refreshing light blue and light green tones. The drawing runs all the way around the shade and can be seen from the bed as well as from the desk. Children enjoy looking for countries and imagining faraway adventures, and the theme is easily extended with a globe, a world map or explorer books.

When the light comes on, the map gains depth and the colors become softer. The natural wood of the stand warms the whole and balances the cool shades. When switched off, the lamp keeps its presence and dresses up a piece of furniture without crowding it.

A table lamp with a natural wood stand

This wooden table lamp measures 46 cm tall by 30 cm in diameter. Large enough to stand out on a chest of drawers, it is still comfortable on a bedside table. Its natural wood stand warms the whole and blends with the bedroom furniture, whether it is white, pine or light oak.

Understated in its lines, the illustrated shade blends with pastel walls, plain bed linen or a natural fiber rug. In a modern, Scandinavian or minimalist bedroom, it adds a note of freshness without overloading the decor. The lamp also suits a baby's room, placed on a piece of furniture out of reach of little hands.

Which bulb for this lamp with an E27 base?

The SWEET DREAMS lamp works with 1 bulb with an E27 base, with a maximum power of 60 W. For a bedside, a low-power E27 LED bulb is more than enough and gives off little heat. Warm white creates a restful mood in the evening, while a more neutral white is better suited to reading and homework.

Rated IP20, this lamp is intended for the dry rooms of the home. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Where should you place this table lamp in a child's bedroom?

On the nightstand, this child's bedroom lamp accompanies the bedtime story and reassures at the moment of falling asleep. Its light, filtered by the shade, gently illuminates the book.

On a chest of drawers or a shelf, it provides accent light during diaper changes, dressing or tidying up. On a desk, it lights up drawings and first homework. It is best placed on a stable surface, with the cable tucked along the furniture, so that it is not pulled down by accident. Combined with a pendant light or a floor lamp, it lets you vary the mood between playtime and rest.

With its natural wood stand, its world map and its light blue and light green tones, the designer table lamp SWEET DREAMS by BPS Koncept opens the bedroom to the world. A light fixture that is easy to fit into a child's decor, and that awakens curiosity as soon as it is switched on.
