The times below are estimated total times, from the confirmation of your order to the receipt of your parcel (preparation and shipping included):

• Wall sconce: 10 to 20 business days.
• Lamp: 10 to 20 business days.
• Night light: 10 to 20 business days.
• Outdoor light fixture: 12 to 20 business days.
• Pendant light: 15 to 35 business days.
• Ceiling light: 15 to 35 business days.
• Light fixture: 15 to 35 business days.
• Floor lamp: 15 to 35 business days.

Preparing bulky items (e.g. pendant lights, floor lamps) may take a few extra days during periods of high demand.

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time in the "Order Tracking".

You have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind.

How can you return your order?

1. Contact our customer service by stating your order number (e.g., 3796). For faster processing, please attach a photo of the item. If the product arrived damaged, after verification we may be able to offer you a simplified solution (a new shipment or a goodwill gesture), on a case-by-case basis.
2. We will provide you with the return address within 24 to 48 business hours. The return shipping costs remain your responsibility, but in certain cases we may provide you with a prepaid return label. Our customer service will confirm this to you directly. 
3. As soon as you send us proof of shipment of the package, your refund will be initiated within 48 to 72 hours.

All our products benefit from the statutory 2-year conformity guarantee. In the event of a defect or a non-conforming product, contact us and we will find a prompt solution (replacement, repair, or refund), free of charge to you.
