Wall Sconce | YOLI

The Yoli wall sconce by Sollux Lighting is a 12 cm white glass ball carried by a steel wall base, available in 14 colors. It measures 12 cm long, 14 cm wide and 12 cm high, and takes a G9 bulb.

A ball wall sconce with a minimalist design

Yoli pairs a glass sphere with a very simple geometric base. This ball wall sconce fits into a modern interior as well as a more classic decor. Its style remains minimalist.

At 12 cm high and 14 cm wide, it takes up little space. It can be placed on a narrow section of wall or near a door. It also suits small rooms.

Its smooth surface, without detail, holds little dust. It is easy to clean. Alone, as a pair or in a series, it keeps the same simplicity.

A soft light through white glass

When lit, the ball diffuses light softly. This soft light spreads all around the sphere. It serves as discreet accent lighting.

The ball stays white, whatever the color of the base. The quality of the light is therefore the same from one shade to another. Only the base changes.

A warm white gives a golden, soothing light. A neutral white lights more crisply. In a series, keep the same bulb throughout.

14 colors: which base to choose?

White and beige blend the base into a light wall. Black, brown and taupe draw a sharp contrast. This black wall sconce stands out well on a white wall.

Pink, yellow, red and azure blue bring a cheerful note. Sage, olive green and ochre red go with natural tones and wood. Burgundy and ultramarine give a deep color.

The 12 color versions are fitted with a switch. The manufacturer does not state this for the white and black versions. In the same room, 2 different shades can echo each other.

Where to install this sconce for a bedroom or hallway?

This bedroom sconce is placed on each side of the bed. As a pair, it replaces bedside lamps. In a child's bedroom, a bright color brightens up the wall.

In a hallway, this wall sconce is repeated to accompany the passage. In a living room or dining room, a pair frames a console or a mirror. In an office or a kitchen, it adds a point of light on a free wall.

Yoli takes 1 G9 bulb, LED, 8 W maximum, not included. The light fixture is rated IP20, so it is intended for dry rooms only. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician. For maintenance, switch off the power, then wipe the glass ball and the base with a soft cloth.
