Pendant Light | CARO

The Caro pendant light from Sollux Lighting is a geometric natural wood pendant light made of nested squares around an exposed bulb. It measures 50 cm in length, 8 cm in width and 145 cm in height, and takes 1 E27 bulb.

A wood pendant light with a geometric structure

Caro has an open structure. This wood pendant light is made of square frames nested inside one another. The whole forms a geometric pattern. The bulb hangs at its center.

The frame is made of milled beech. The wood keeps its natural color. The cable and the ceiling canopy are black. This contrast highlights the structure.

The pendant light measures 50 cm in length but only 8 cm in width. Seen from the front, it fills the space well. Seen from the side, it becomes very slim. It weighs only 0.95 kg.

A Scandinavian, Japanese or bohemian pendant light

This Scandinavian pendant light fits into several styles. The light wood and simple lines suit a Nordic decor. They also suit a Japanese-inspired interior.

In a modern interior, the pendant light adds a natural touch. In a bohemian decor, it echoes rattan, linen and plants. It pairs well with a wooden table as well as a white tabletop.

When switched off, it remains decorative. Its openwork structure lets you see the ceiling. The room therefore keeps an impression of lightness. The light fixture has the presence of a chandelier, without its volume.

An exposed bulb and play of shadows

On this exposed bulb pendant light, the source remains visible at the heart of the structure. The light goes out in all directions. It creates a play of shadow and light on the walls and the ceiling.

The choice of bulb therefore matters. A globe or LED filament bulb strengthens the decorative effect. A warm light sets off the wood. It gives the room a soft atmosphere.

The ceiling canopy measures 8 cm in diameter. The total height is 145 cm. Check the height of your ceiling before installation. Above a table, the pendant light does not obstruct the passage.

Where to install this dining room pendant light?

In its role as a dining room pendant light, it is placed above the table. Its length of 50 cm suits a round table as well as a rectangular one. It becomes the centerpiece of the dining area.

In a kitchen, this pendant light is placed above an island. In a living room, it dresses the center of the room. In a bedroom, its soft shadows bring the walls to life in the evening.

It takes 1 LED E27 bulb of 15 W maximum, not included. The light fixture is rated IP20, so it is intended for dry rooms only. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician. For maintenance, switch off the power and let the bulb cool down before dusting the wood with a dry cloth.
