The Piatoni Kåputafunat lamp brings a floral, organic silhouette to your furniture. Its openwork wood creates a decorative presence that remains legible when the light is off. Designed by Jean-Luc Alfonsi and made in France, it uses FSC-certified wood. The oiled natural finish brings out the material, while the black finish favors a sharper contrast.

The structure is cut from a 3-ply birch panel 3 mm thick, then protected with a VOC-free oil. The lamp is delivered flat and assembles without tools. Its cable, in natural linen or black cotton depending on the finish, is fitted with a switch.

This wooden bedside lamp can suit a bedroom if the tabletop leaves enough room around its 30 cm diameter. It also fits on a console, a side table, or a desk as ambient light. Keep some space around the shade and route the cable without pulling it taut. Before plugging everything in, check that no walkway or nearby object could unbalance it.

To care for an FSC wood lamp, unplug it and wait until the bulb has cooled. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth, without pulling on the openwork parts. Avoid splashes of water and harsh products. Changing the bulb lets you adjust the atmosphere, but must never lead to exceeding the electrical specifications set by the manufacturer.
