How can you return your order?

1. Contact our customer service by stating your order number (e.g., 3796). For faster processing, please attach a photo of the item. If the product arrived damaged, after verification we may be able to offer you a simplified solution (a new shipment or a goodwill gesture), on a case-by-case basis.
2. We will provide you with the return address within 24 to 48 business hours. The return shipping costs remain your responsibility, but in certain cases we may provide you with a prepaid return label. Our customer service will confirm this to you directly. 
3. As soon as you send us proof of shipment of the package, your refund will be initiated within 48 to 72 hours.

All our products benefit from the statutory 2-year conformity guarantee. In the event of a defect or a non-conforming product, contact us and we will find a prompt solution (replacement, repair, or refund), free of charge to you.
