A 140 cm ribbon in black steel and glass

The Tau by Maytoni measures 140 cm in length by 21.5 cm in height, with a total height of 150 cm. Its black steel structure and its glass diffuser form a fluid, continuous line, with no beginning or end. The black sets off the curve against a light ceiling and goes well with contemporary as well as industrial interiors.

An integrated LED spread along the entire ribbon

The integrated LED in warm white at 3000 K delivers 33 W and 1500 lumens, spread along the entire length of the ribbon. The light follows the curve and lights the table evenly, with a warm atmosphere ideal for dinners. No bulb is needed. It has an IP20 rating, for indoor use. Its installation must be carried out by a professional.

Where to install the Tau pendant light

Center it above a table for six to eight people, along the axis of its length, and leave about 75 cm between the bottom of the ribbon and the tabletop: it frames the dining area and becomes the signature of the room. Above a large island, it underlines the entire length of the countertop. In an open-plan living space, it visually separates the dining area from the living room. It is also suitable for restaurants, hotel lobbies and showrooms, where its design immediately catches the eye.
