Slender and precious, this LED wall sconce in glass and gold metal brings warm, adjustable light to the wall. The Tiffany, by Elements Lighting, combines a glass tube with gentle ripples and an aluminum mount with a gold finish. Protected against splashing water, it is just as at home in a bathroom as in a bedroom or a hallway.

A rippled glass tube and a gold mount

Standing 38 cm high with a diameter of 9.3 cm, the Tiffany draws a very elegant vertical line on the wall. Its glass, made by hand, has gentle ripples that create a play of light and shadow around the light fixture. The gold mount frames the tube and gives it the look of a piece of jewelry.

Three glass colors are available: clear for a crisp light, graphite gray for a more subdued look, pink for a soft atmosphere.

An integrated LED, warm and dimmable

The Tiffany features an 18 W integrated LED source, in warm white at 2700 K. Its even light suits lighting a mirror as well as a subdued atmosphere. It is compatible with a suitable dimmer, so you can adjust the brightness to suit the moment.

It runs on 220-240 V and has an IP44 protection rating, which protects it against splashing water: it can therefore be installed in a bathroom, in compliance with the safety zones.

How to install the Tiffany wall sconce

It connects to a wall junction box and, as a Class I light fixture, must be grounded. It weighs 3.6 kg and projects 13.5 cm from the wall: a solid fixing, suited to the wall material, is essential. In a damp room, have an electrician carry out the installation.

On either side of a mirror, a pair provides flattering, shadow-free lighting on the face. In a bedroom, it replaces bedside lamps. In a hallway or an entryway, several wall sconces in a row give rhythm to the wall with elegance.

The advantages of the Tiffany wall sconce

Its integrated LED requires no bulb and uses little energy. Its dimmable light adapts to every use, and its IP44 rating opens up wet rooms to it. Care is limited to a soft, dry cloth.
