A designer wall sconce made of 2 simple shapes

A cylinder and a plate: Utti comes down to 2 volumes. This designer wall sconce keeps a simple, discreet form. It punctuates the wall without weighing it down.

Its small size allows it to be installed in a tight space. At 10 cm wide and 15 cm high, it fits near a bed or a door. It also finds its place above a narrow surface.

Its understated look suits modern and minimalist interiors. It adapts to many decors. It mounts easily on the wall and is cleaned with a quick wipe of a soft cloth.

White or black sconce: which finish to choose?

White fades into a light partition wall and lets the beam speak. This white wall sconce pairs well with a light fabric headboard. It is the most discreet version.

Black highlights the geometry of the 2 elements. On a light wall, it stands out clearly. It matches dark frames and handles.

For a pair, keep the same finish on the 2 sides. In a series, repeating the same model gives the wall a regular rhythm. Keep the same mounting height.

A directed light in a soft circle

The light spreads in a soft circle. This directed light illuminates a tray, a book or an object. It does not show the bulb.

Lit on its own, it creates a pleasant half-light. Combined with other sources, it complements the main lighting. Choose the same bulb for all the sconces on a given wall.

The GU10 bulb is easy to replace. You choose its power and its color. A wide beam creates an enveloping light, a narrow beam draws a more graphic cone.

Where to install this sconce for a bedroom or hallway?

This bedroom sconce is placed on either side of the bed, at the same height. The pair serves as reading lights and frees up the nightstands. Mark your reference points with a level before drilling.

In a hallway, this wall sconce draws regular spots of light. In a kitchen, it provides supplementary light above a shelf. In a living room or a dining room, it highlights a low piece of furniture. In an office or a child's bedroom, it lights a corner of a table.

Utti takes 1 LED GU10 bulb of 12 W maximum, not included. The light fixture is rated IP20, so it is intended for dry rooms only. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician. For maintenance, switch off the power, then wipe the steel with a soft, dry cloth.
