How can you return your order?
- Contact our customer service by stating your order number (e.g., 3796). For faster processing, please attach a photo of the item. If the product arrived damaged, after verification we may be able to offer you a simplified solution (a new shipment or a goodwill gesture), on a case-by-case basis.
- We will provide you with the return address within 24 to 48 business hours. The return shipping costs remain your responsibility, but in certain cases we may provide you with a prepaid return label. Our customer service will confirm this to you directly.
- As soon as you send us proof of shipment of the package, your refund will be initiated within 48 to 72 hours.
