How do I return my order?
- Contact our customer service by providing your order number (e.g., 3796). For faster processing, please attach a photo of the item. If the product arrived damaged, we may, after verification, offer you an expedited solution (a new shipment or a commercial gesture), on a case-by-case basis.
- We will provide you with the return address within 24 to 48 business hours. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility; however, in certain cases, we may provide you with a prepaid return label. Our customer service will confirm this directly to you.
- As soon as you send us proof of shipment of the package, your refund will be initiated within 48 to 72 hours.
