The Buster Bulb tube bulb by Buster + Punch is a tubular LED bulb in transparent polycarbonate, with a long vertical resin light pipe running through it. It measures 35 cm high by 5.5 cm in diameter, screws into an E27 lamp holder, uses 2 W and comes in a version that is compatible with a dimmer or one that is not.

A tubular bulb designed as a sculptural piece

This tubular bulb was designed as a centerpiece, made to be seen. Its long, narrow shape reaches 35 cm high by 5.5 cm in diameter. This format is much taller than a standard bulb: check the space available in your light fixture.

The casing is transparent polycarbonate. Inside, a vertical resin light pipe gives the bulb its look. It sends direct light downward and a more discreet light to the sides.

The bulb screws into any E27 screw lamp holder. The brand's Caged wall sconce, in the large model, was designed for this elongated format. Its metal cage frames the bulb and leaves it visible.

2 W E27 LED bulb, in warm white

This E27 LED bulb uses 2 W. It combines a downward-directed beam with a warm ambient light, close to that of a candle. It is used to create an atmosphere, in a light fixture where it remains exposed.

Its light is a warm white. It reaches 2600 K on the version compatible with a dimmer and 2700 K on the non-compatible version. For a series of light fixtures, keep the same version on each bulb.

The bulb is intended for indoor use, in dry rooms. It suits a living room, a dining room, a bedroom, an office, a kitchen, a hallway or a stairwell. To clean it, switch it off and let it cool, then wipe it with a dry cloth, with no chemical products.

Dimmable bulb or not: which version to choose?

The dimmable LED bulb corresponds to the "Compatible" variant of the Dimmer option. It runs on 220-240 V and is adjusted with an LED-compatible dimmer, which is not included. You can thus lower the brightness according to the time of day.

The "Not compatible" variant is controlled by an on-off switch. It is sufficient if your light fixture is not connected to any dimmer.

The 2 versions have the same shape and the same dimensions. This transparent bulb is not tinted: the polycarbonate shows the vertical light pipe.
