How do I return my order?

1. Contact our customer service by providing your order number (e.g., 3796). For faster processing, please attach a photo of the item. If the product arrived damaged, we may, after verification, offer you an expedited solution (a new shipment or a commercial gesture), on a case-by-case basis.
2. We will provide you with the return address within 24 to 48 business hours. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility; however, in certain cases, we may provide you with a prepaid return label. Our customer service will confirm this directly to you. 
3. As soon as you send us proof of shipment of the package, your refund will be initiated within 48 to 72 hours.

All of our products are covered by the 2-year legal conformity warranty. In the event of a defect or a non-conforming product, contact us and we will find a prompt solution (replacement, repair, or refund), at no cost to you.
