When lit, it gives off a soft light, well suited to the bedtime story.

A kids' bedside lamp with a planes and clouds design

The charm of this kids' table lamp lies in its illustration. Little planes cross a sky dotted with light clouds, in a delicate drawing where bright white answers pastel blue. The pattern runs all the way around the shade and can be seen from the bed as well as from the desk. It invites you to invent travel stories and goes well with a mobile, a poster or bed linen in the same tones.

Once the light is on, the drawing stands out more and the pastel blue becomes softer. The bedroom takes on a calm atmosphere, ideal for reading as well as for resting. When switched off, the lamp remains a lovely object that dresses a piece of furniture without crowding it.

A compact table lamp, 44 cm tall

This compact table lamp measures 44 cm tall and 22.5 cm wide. Its narrow shape lets it sit on a small nightstand, next to a book and an alarm clock. The metal stand rests on a 15 cm base, which takes up little space and slips easily onto a shelf or a corner of a desk.

With its simple lines, the illustrated shade pairs with white furniture, light wood or pastel walls. In a modern or minimalist bedroom, it adds the touch of whimsy that makes the difference, without overloading the decor. The lamp also finds its place in a baby's bedroom, on a piece of furniture out of reach of small hands.

Which bulb to choose for this E27 bedside lamp?

The SWEET DREAMS lamp takes 1 bulb with an E27 base, with a maximum power of 60 W. The bulb is not included, which leaves you free to choose the shade and intensity. For a bedside, a low-power E27 LED bulb is more than enough: warm white creates a soothing atmosphere in the evening, while a more neutral white is better suited to reading and homework.

Rated IP20, this lamp is designed for the dry rooms of the home. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Where to place this table lamp in a child's bedroom?

On the nightstand, this child's bedroom lamp accompanies the bedtime story and reassures at the moment of falling asleep. Its light, filtered by the shade, gently illuminates the book.

Placed on a desk, it lights up drawings and first homework. On a dresser or a shelf, it serves as accent light while getting dressed or tidying up. It is best to place it on a stable surface, with the cable tucked along the furniture, so that it is not pulled down by accident. Combined with a pendant light or a floor lamp, it lets you vary the atmosphere between playtime and rest.

With its little planes, its clouds and its white and pastel blue tones, the SWEET DREAMS designer table lamp by BPS Koncept brings softness to the bedroom. A light fixture that is easy to fit into a child's decor, and that makes you want to dream as soon as you switch it on.
