A kids' bedside lamp with a savanna and foliage design

On this kids' table lamp, endearing little animals wander among delicate foliage. The drawing plays on white and light green, in soft colors that rest the eyes. It runs all the way around the shade and can be seen from the bed as well as from the desk. Children enjoy finding each animal and giving it a name, and the theme extends easily with a plant, a stuffed toy or a poster in green tones.

When the light comes on, the illustrations gain depth and the light green brings freshness. The white of the shade keeps the room bright. When switched off, the lamp remains a cheerful object that dresses a piece of furniture without crowding it.

A compact-sized table lamp

This compact table lamp measures 44 cm tall and 22.5 cm wide. Being narrow, it sits easily on a small nightstand, next to a book and an alarm clock. Its metal stand rests on a 15 cm base, which is unobtrusive and slips easily onto a shelf or a corner of a desk.

Simple in its lines, the illustrated shade pairs well with white furniture, light wood or walls in pastel tones. In a modern or minimalist bedroom, it adds a note of freshness without overloading the decor. The lamp also suits a baby's bedroom, placed on a piece of furniture out of reach of small hands.

Which bulb for this bedside lamp with an E27 base?

The SWEET DREAMS lamp works with 1 bulb with an E27 base, with a maximum power of 60 W. The bulb is not included, which lets you choose the shade and intensity of the light. For a bedside, a low-power E27 LED bulb is more than enough: warm white creates a restful atmosphere in the evening, while a more neutral white is better suited to reading and homework.

Rated IP20, this lamp is intended for the dry rooms of the home. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Where to place this table lamp in a child's bedroom?

On the nightstand, this child's bedroom lamp accompanies the bedtime story and reassures at the moment of falling asleep. Its light, filtered by the shade, gently illuminates the book.

On a desk, it lights up drawings and first homework. On a dresser or a shelf, it provides accent light while getting dressed or tidying up. It is best to place it on a stable surface, with the cable tucked along the furniture, so that it is not pulled down by accident. Combined with a pendant light or a floor lamp, it lets you vary the atmosphere between playtime and rest.

With its little animals, its foliage and its touches of light green, the SWEET DREAMS designer table lamp by BPS Koncept brings freshness to the bedroom. A light fixture that is easy to fit into a child's decor, and that awakens the imagination as soon as you switch it on.
