The Detail Kit finishing kit for plates by Buster + Punch is a set of 2 solid metal screw covers that completes one of the brand's wall plates. It comes in a linear version, with Torx covers, or in a cross version, with slotted covers, in brass, steel, smoked bronze, black or white.

Solid metal screw covers, Torx or slotted

These screw covers are made of solid metal. They echo 2 signature Buster + Punch details, the slotted screw and the Torx drive.

The choice depends on the knurling of your wiring devices. For the linear knurling, called Linear, the kit contains 2 Torx screw covers. For the cross knurling, called Cross, it contains 2 slotted screw covers.

The box contains only these 2 covers. The plate, the modules and the kits for the toggle or the dimmer knob are sold separately.

Kit for wall plates: what it is for

This kit for wall plates is compatible only with Buster + Punch wiring device plates. It is used to complete a plate, or to change the look of a custom plate already in place.

In the assembly order given by the brand, the screw covers go on at the very end. The modules are first placed in the plate, then come the toggle or the knob, and finally the connection.

This finishing kit is for indoor use only, away from damp environments. Before removing a plate that is already connected, switch off the power at the circuit breaker. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Screw covers in brass, steel, smoked bronze, black or white

The covers are available in brass, steel, smoked bronze, black and white. The cross version adds a sixth finish, which goes with the brand's black models with orange details.

In the same finish as the plate, the visible screws fade into the background. Covers in a brass finish on a black or white plate, on the contrary, catch the eye.

A dry, lint-free cloth is all that is needed for care, with no chemical products. The finishes may develop a natural patina with time and use.
