Pendant Light | IVAR (6 Tubes)

With its 6 fluted tubes hung at different heights under a rectangular 80 cm canopy plate, this 6-light pendant light covers the whole length of a table. Designed by Thoro, the Ivar 6-tube pendant light takes the single tube of the collection and multiplies it, in 10 colors and two light temperatures, 3000 K or 4000 K.

A multiple pendant light with 6 fluted tubes

The aluminum tubes are mounted on cables of different lengths, which gives the composition an irregular rhythm, much livelier than a simple alignment. The offset is noticeable mostly from a distance: step back after installation to check that the rhythm suits you from the entrance of the room.

A single 80 cm by 20 cm plate is enough for the 6 sources. This multiple pendant light therefore needs only one connection point in the ceiling, which simplifies installation above an existing table and avoids multiplying electrical outlets.

A 48 W LED pendant light with 6 beams of 36°

This LED pendant light delivers 48 W in total, for more than 6000 lumens according to the manufacturer's data. The sources are integrated and included. Each tube lights at an angle of 36° and draws its own circle of light: together, the 6 beams cover a large surface without creating a dark area.

With a color rendering index of 90, dishes and materials keep natural shades under this concentrated light. The light fixture operates at 220-240 V and has an IP20 protection rating, for indoor use in dry rooms.

A colorful pendant light in 10 shades, in 3000 K or 4000 K

White, beige and taupe make the whole lighter: the tubes barely stand out from the ceiling and only the light matters. Black and mocha accentuate the graphic quality of the composition, especially in a room with light walls. Burgundy, ocher red, peach, ultramarine and olive green make this colorful pendant light a centerpiece. Whatever the shade, the plate and the 6 tubes are always the same color.

Warm white 3000 K suits dining tables and reception areas, where the light should stay convivial. Neutral white 4000 K is better suited to a kitchen, a counter or a meeting room. Above a table for 6 to 8 people, this dining room pendant light covers the central part with its 80 cm plate, and its 6 tubes light every seat. Above a kitchen island, it replaces several separate pendant lights. In a restaurant or a reception area, it creates a visual focal point while providing generous lighting.

Allow sufficient ceiling height: the pendant light drops down to 200 cm. The plate is fixed to the ceiling above the table, then the length of each cable is adjusted to achieve the desired offset between the tubes. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician. For maintenance, dust the tubes with a dry microfiber cloth.
